At Castle Hill Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Centre we strive to provide the personalised treatment and exercise advice you need to achieve your health and fitness goals.

our story

Castle Hill Physiotherapy &  Sports Injuries Centre was established by Michael Dessen in 1986. Michael was joined by his wife Kathryn, also a titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, in 1988. Together, they lead a team of like-minded, genuinely caring and dedicated professionals focused on providing excellence in physiotherapy.

“We sincerely appreciate the confidence the Hills community has shown in us, by allowing us to provide their physiotherapy care since 1986. It continues to be a privilege, and a pleasure, to work in genuine partnership with you, your families and the many friends and colleagues you continue to refer, to achieve positive health outcomes. We remain excited and totally committed to continuing to provide the highest standard of service to each of our valued clients, every day.”

Warmest regards,

Michael & Kathryn
